Pricing Information
Prices shown are per apartment per day. The price does not include the local tourist tax of € 2.50 per person per day (for age 14 upwards), which is payable separately on site.
Booking conditions
Deposit
To confirm your booking, we require a deposit equal to 30% of the total cost of your stay. At the time you decide to book, we will inform you of the exact amount and provide our bank details.
Payment methods
We accept cash payments up to € 4.999, and payment by credit or debit card.
Cancellations
To avoid the costs associated with cancellation, we recommend that you take out travel insurance.
- Cancellation - Up to 1 week prior to arrival: we will withhold your deposit, but will not make any extra charges.
- In the event of late arrival, early departure or "no-show", we will charge the full cost of your stay.

Information about your holiday
Arrival and departure
Apartments are available latest at 4:00 p.m. on your day of arrival.
Please vacate your apartment by 10:00 a.m. on your day of departure.
Non-smoking
Smoking is not allowed in the building. Please smoke on the balcony or outdoors.
Pets
Pets are not allowed in the apartments.
